5-HTP, 5-Hydroxytryptophan is an amino acid that is the intermediate step between tryptophan and the important brain chemical serotonin. Each 5-HTP capsule contains 250 mg of L-Lysine, 1500 mg of L-Tyrosine, 200 mcg of Folate (Folic Acid), 200 mg Vitamin B6, 500 mg of Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), and 110 mg of Calcium (Calcium citrate).


Take one to four capsules daily.  Take one or two in the morning and one or two in the evening, 4 to 5 hours before bedtime.  Take with a glass of water.  Spread the dosage.  Take with or without meals. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store tightly closed in cool, dry place.
